Hall Hire Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the hire of our halls and meeting rooms. Placeholder text for each church to replace with its own approved terms.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once the booking form is received, the terms are agreed and payment is made. We reserve the right to decline a booking.
Payment
Payment is made securely online at the time of booking. Placeholder rates are shown on the Hall Hire page for each church to replace.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than seven days before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days are at the discretion of the church.
House rules
No alcohol, no smoking, and respect for the Sabbath from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. Hirers are responsible for leaving the space clean and undamaged.
